Do you want to take the next step up in your training? Are you looking to train specifically with purpose, specificity, towards goals, whilst all being tailored to your abilities? Are you not quite ready to commit to 1-1 monthly coaching? Our custom training plans are just perfect for you!
The main goal behind our custom training plans is to provide you with a personalised plan, allowing you to gain the most out of training, without having to commit to 1-1 coaching. We tailor your plan to your unique schedule, abilities, and targets, ensuring a personalised approach that maximises performance. This provides you unique value you don't get from a generic ''cookie-cutter'' training plan, without great expense.
Completely Bespoke
The key benefit of our custom plans is that they're specifically tailored to your ability and needs, without committing to the cost of our 1-1 Coaching option. Brief us on your ambitions and goals and we will create the perfect plan to meet these.
Any ability, anybody
You don't have to be a high performing athlete, our custom plans are for any ability and anyone. Whether you want to crack your first 5k or you want to step up to a marathon, our custom plans will guide you on your journey.
8 weeks plus extra
We can create you a training plan for 8 weeks with the option to increase for an added fee. It can also be for any event you want, your first 10k, ultra cycling event or first full Ironman.
Different to our 1-1 Coaching
Whilst our custom training plans are completely designed around you specifically, they differ to our 1-1 coaching. Once you receive your plan it is down to you to execute it. There will be a midway review but there is no daily/weekly communication with our coaches.

How it works.

Book a Consultation with us and fill out our in-depth form
In order for us to create the most suitable custom plan for you, we want to get to know you and your goals/ambitions as well as possible! Through our athlete form we acquire all the information we need to start working on our plan for you. Take your time and reach out to us and explain exactly what you want to achieve!

We create your custom plan for you
After we have gotten to know you, we will create your plan to match your exact needs and ambitions. Our coach will then provide you with your training plan via the Intervals ICU platform, which is fully free for you to access and visualise your training plan.

Mid-way review and your execution of the plan
Around the midway point of your custom training plan, we will check in with you via email to see how you are getting on with your plan and make any adjustments necessary for the second half if needed. The rest is down to your execution!


Delivered on Intervals ICU
We provide our custom training plans on Intervals ICU, providing you a full overview of your 8 weeks with the ability to track your progress and analyse your training data, all completely free of charge for you.

Custom Training Plans Pricing
£40 flat fee
8 week custom plan will cost a one-time fee of £40.
£10 add-on
If you're looking for a plan over 8 weeks it will cost £10 per week, added into the one-time payment.
